Not knowing what he wanted

He attempted many things

And lived a life of sadness

That confusion usually brings.

His jobs lacked fulfillment

Untried ones held a tease,

Debt began to follow

Like a sickly graveyard breeze.

Love was sought and cherished

But dwindled as time grew,

The puzzle pieces parted

The more he worked them through.

His few beliefs began to crumble

He lost interest in the play

Then to cap the years of nothing

His mind slowly slipped away.
